Surgeon Consultation questions ??

Hi girls ! It’s my consultation with Mr. Netri tomorrow and I’m getting so excited! But I’m worried I will get there and forget to ask him important questions If that makes sense! I get lost in the moment and then get annoyed after as I forgot essential things. Anyone have any advice on certain things to ask , etc ? Thanks I’m advance xxx
