Surgeon recommended ultra high profile but will they look too fake?

I’ve been to see my surgeon today ( Mr Mounir), he seems really nice and he gave me lots of info. I explained I want a natural look to maybe a D cup. He recommended that I have ultra high profile, to me this just doesn’t make sense, will they just look stuck on with loads of projecton? I had in my mind maybe a moderate plus. I tried the sizers on and I think I’m happy with a 350cc. ! I’m sure he knows exactly what he’s on about but it’s just worried me slightly. My op in in 2 weeks so I don’t really have time to mess around! Xx

Hey Hun, I’m also going with Mounir and getting ultra high profile 350cc overs. I’ve lost 7 stone over the past 5yrs and breast fed 3 children so I have next to nothing left. Just tennis balls in socks. Because my skin is stretchy he suggested ultra high so that my skin fills the implant. If I was to have normal I may get pooling I believe her called it. (Maybe just made that up. Lol.) basically my skin would sink in and give me a indent looking effect. Hard to explain. I am however getting a BA and uplift. I told him I wanted a natural look and he said he wouldn’t do over 350cc for my skin and I should get a nice result and decent cleavage.

Hey Charlotte, I had my op yesterday with Mounir, I had 350cc ultra high profile. Was meant to be having overs but swapped to unders yesterday as was worried about them looking fake as I only started a 32a. Haven’t had a good look at them yet cos I’m in quite a bit of pain, but they look in proportion with by body in terms of projection.he recommended ultra highs as I’m only a size 6/8 in tops and ultra highs have a narrower base than mods so you won’t see the implant edges, and also they’re smoother/tighter than mods or high profile so there’s less chance of them rippling and looking bumpy if that makes sense xx

I’ve been offered UHPs too and I had exactly the same concerns. I’m only 5’1 and it seems to be quite common for petite girls to have these implants. There are some girls here with really nice results so that put my mind at ease. X

Hi I had Dr Mounir 8 days ago I got 400cc ultra high profile implants I’m a size 6 and I was a 32A. I love mine so far. I got ultra because the normal implants are wider and with a petite frame he advised the ultra would be better and I would get the best results with them. I wouldn’t worry xx

Hi my surgeon is Mr Mounir, my surgery is in 3 weeks time. he said I’d be best with ultra high over implants. I’m 5ft size 6/8. Very small b cup I’d like To go back to a large c cup. I actually wanted the mod plus over. As I do t think they look as fake. I’m scared that they are going to look really fake and obvious as I would like to look natural as possible (lol) . As I dont really want it to be common knowledge.
I’m thinking of going 275cc or 290cc. Can any body please give me any advise please even better before and after photos with updates. I would really appreciate it.

Hi have high placement I don’t remember an ultra high? They look natural and have dropped nicely. This photo was 3 weeks 450cc under the muscle hth

Hi girls, I had 320 UHP implants on the 30th of November, so if anybody wants to add me to look at my pictures, you’re more than welcome. I was a 30B and now measuring at a 28-30DD .
