SURGEON REFUSED TO OPERATE

Help!! Today I had my pre op, and surgeon consultation with Mr Giannas. On my first consultation with the patient coordinator a few weeks ago, we agreed on implant removal and replacement, and a modified uplift. Due to having a baby they resemble snooker balls in socks! I have paid £8k already and booked the surgery, only to be told today by Mr Giannas that he doesn’t want to do my surgery as he doesn’t think he can meet my expectations, and has basically made me feel like they are beyond repair. I have now had to arrange another consultation with Mr Marcelino, and change the surgery date. Has anyone else had their surgeon turn them down, but had a success story with the next one? Feeling deflated (literally)

I hope all goes well. I was suppose to have my opp next Wednesday but due to an unwanted pregnancy I have to wait 6 weeks. But my surgeon is dr Marcelino , and have heard a lot of great things about him. I’m sure he will be able to give you what you want and need. Everything happensf for a reason, you wouldn’t of wanted the previous surgeon to do a shobby job so it’s good they told you. Have faith x

I didn’t like him. Had a consultation with him and told him I suffered with periductal mastitis and he basically said he won’t operate unles if goes and wouldn’t go big, just off and I thought rude, and unsympathetic I left his room crying and in tears….I then got put with me meleagros and he was completely opposite…also quite blunt and straight to the point….hope you get what you want it’s so frustrating xx

@saffc30 I had my op on Monday with Mr Marcelino and so far so good! I have my post op on Monday so fingers crossed all is well so far.
He’s very straight to the point, but I think as he’s Italian he just comes across quite blunt. Both my parents and my partner met him before my surgery and liked him. He knows what he’s doing, very straight to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush with anything x

I left in tears to 🙁 glad in a way that I can see someone else, rather than have his attitude but him still going ahead and doing my surgery. Hopefully yay for Mr Marcelino,.

There’s no need to make you feel that way though, it’s harsh!! Had mine on 26th with transform xx
