Surgery 11/09/17 – 430HP OVERS

Admission time was 8am this morning, was 3rd on the list but there was a big case before me so the nurse asked Dr Mounir if I could be swapped to 2nd, I went down around 10:30am and was discharged at 14:45….could not recommend Dr Mounir and all the staff at the first trust in Preston enough. Hopefully my photos upload!

How you feeling claire? I was admitted for 11 in an 2 and back in my room for 3, rapid. Still feeling a bit groggy but im dressed waiting to be sent home 🙂 happy boob day to us haha xxx

@kmcj89x I felt fab after, no sickness, ate ok, on the ride home the pain meds I had in theatre started to wear off and the journey was a bit uncomfortable. I’ve taken some more painkillers when I got home and I feel ok again now just getting the odd twinge and shooting pain every now and then. Happy new boob day!! Xx

Wow!! They look amazing! I was in yesterday too and mine look pants compared to yours, all strapped up but with nips exposed so they just look crap and breast band. Hopefully once the strapping is removed mine will look more like yours xxx

@amberlu1 thankyou! I think once the strappings off it’ll make the world of diffference to how you feel about them, not sure I could cope with the strapping! I’ve took my bra off this morning and they look huge but I’m sure I’ll get used to them!xx

I had mine done yesterday too, and no real pain just lots of swelling. I have been keeping ontop of swelling meds and paracetmol though along with cool packs so maybe thatd preventing it starting. The bit of skin in my clevage really stings though so csnt wait to get my bra off when tge kids are at school (its a secrert) and put a cool pack on it. How did you sleep? I didnt sleep to well even with 5 pillows and a v pillow, just couldnt get comfy. Hope it will be better tonight x

@jayne1988 I slept better than I thought I would, although I had a numb bum this morning! I only woke once to take painkillers after that was fine. Happy new boobies! Xx

Hopefully it only lasts a day or 2 I’m struggling to actually lift myself out of bed not because of pain but afraid to rip anything ????????
