Surgery 8th march ????

I’ve got my surgery 8th march & the more I think about it I’m getting really nervous! I’ve got 100 things going round my head of “what ifs” ???? Anyone else felt so scared before hand?

I have my op on 17 th Feb and ideally would like to sleep for the next 2 weeks so I don’t get so anxious but I guess this is normal. I have never been so scared in my life tbh

I have really bad anxiety at the best of times, it’s the not knowing that affects me. I know I’m in very good hands & I’m probably just being silly! I’m really excited at the same time though & can’t wait ???? You will have to let me know how you get on chick, hope everything goes smooth & heal fast! You’ll have to drop me some tips haha you’ll be fine, we both will be! Just got to remember what the final results will be that we’ve always wanted x
