SURGERY CANCELLED – WHEN WILL I GET MY DEPOSIT REFUND?

Hi,

My surgery was cancelled due to health reasons, i have been promised a full refund.

It was cancelled 2 weeks on friday and i am still waiting on the refund of my deposit, i find it funny that they are so quick to take your money and yet are in no hurry to return it to you, i have messaged them and on the phone was told i would receive by the end of this week… really unhappy as i just want to forget this experience due to the disappointment 🙁

Hey, I had mine cancelled due to health reasons too, my pc told me the refund can take up to 21 days x

Sorry to hear that girls 🙁 when it was cancelled is it because of the general anaesthetic that will affect your health problem? X
