Surgery Consultation :( lipo & implants needed

Been so excited for my surgery consultation all day, and been tonight and it was a huge let down. 🙁 Basically the surgeon I was going to have – who I had already booked with – has said that he can’t give me the look I want. I don’t want really big boob and want quite a natural look but he said my skin is so thin that even unders would look very fake on me and he can’t give me the look I want.

He said I would need lipo from another part of my body in order to cover the implant and that he couldn’t do it so he’ll have to see if another surgeon can. But he also said that as I’ve lost loads of weight that I don’t even really have any fat to take from another part of my body to do the surgery 🙁

I feel really sad now as I was shown everything that was wrong with my boobs and then told that basically I couldn’t have surgery 🙁 I know I shouldn’t rush things and I’m really appreciative that my surgeon didn’t just accept the job if he can’t give me the look I want, but I just feel so unhappy how I look now and just desperate to be who I know I should be not with my crappy boobs I have now.

I’ve booked the surgery date and taken time off work and everything so feeling really down about it all now as it’s meant to be next month, and mentally I’ve been preparing for it.

Has anyone had lipo alongside breast implants? I’m guessing not, and I feel like I’m some rare case because my boobs are that bad. I didn’t even know you could have lipo in a breast enlargement lol

It’s so disheartening isn’t it when you build it up, sorry youve had a crappy night.

I have read that some surgeons do that to make more of a natural slope so the implants don’t look stuck on, but it’s not something I’ve actually come across much when I’ve been researching.

Did your pc book you another surgeon consult? My first one was such a let down that I wanted to cry but then she booked me to see another surgeon and second time round was so much better. Hope you get sorted xx

Sorry to hear this Hun, how disappointing for you :(. I’m not sure where you’re based but have you considered ms lutz, if you’re after a more natural look then she’s meant to be great. Xx

Well Hun I’ve lost 8 stone over the past 6-7yrs which was half my body weight. I’ve breast fed 3 children also. I had 350cf UHP overs with an uplift. In need Lipo everywhere and also have thin skin. All this didn’t stop me getting mine done. The surgeon didn’t even hint that I couldn’t have it done. Get a second opinion Hun as some surgeons can just be funny full stop.

Really sorry to hear this must of been so disheartening for you! Id definitely get a second opinion, just because hes said that doesnt mean another surgeon will say the same. Good luck with whoever you see next xx

Hun I lost weight only sound a stone and a half but my boobs were bigger and I lost a lot of weight of them and they were left empty and droopy and was left with thin skin… my pc straight away mentioned ms lutz, but I didn’t want them to REALLY natural just a bit but at the moment they look natural. If you post a picture then we could see what we are dealing with 🙂 mine were bad before honestly and I couldn’t have any other surgeon ‘apparently’ because they would of said I needed an uplift even though my nipples were kind of in the right place. I also couldn’t have a big implant either due to the fact I have thin skin x
