Here’s a little snap shot of my surgery day. So alarm set for 4:45 am (it’s a 2 hours drive to Preston and I didn’t want to be late). Got there for 7:30. My Judas bf stopped and got himself McDonalds ????
I was met by my nurse at 7:45 and taken to do a urine sample for a pregnancy test. He did my obs (pulse/heart rate/ temp) I never had to have blood taken as my stats were perfect apparently. Then the anaesthetist came in at about 8:45 to ask my medical questions.
At 9:10 Dr Mounir came to discuss size as I still hadn’t decided. He drew on me with an extremely sharp pen and took photos (swipe to see preview of paper pants) I walked to the anaesthetist at 9:25 and was back in my room by 10:30.
I knew nothing about the anaesthetic (apart from the canula which I had to have twice!) I ate, drank, had a wee and was discharged after my third set of obs at 1:30.
My chest feels tight and my nipples are swollen and weird but the size is perfect and I’m so, so happy.
I can not recommend MYA enough. They’re so welcoming and friendly and very professional. Lots of aftercare advice, emergency contact details given and all the pills I need

Hi, my op is on Sunday! How are you feeling now? Your photos look amazing. I’m not 100% sure on size yet Witherspoon hoping it all becomes clear on Sunday x

Hi #kirstey my chest was tight, nothing to do what my breathing it’s the skin that gives the tight feeling as it’s stretched over the implants. The right feeling was accompanied by aching, soreness and generally feeling uncomfortable. Day 5-6 was a turning point as I felt a lot better. I’m now 14DPO and feel better still, but I still have a long way to go yet x
