Surgery done!! 275/250 HP round unders

Ladies today I FINALLY had 250/275cc unders, HP, round.
Many of you know how scared I was, as I’ve messaged many of you on here over the past few months. The thought of something so traumatic for cosmetic reasons honestly terrified me. BUT I am currently 4hrs post op, and doing ok!!! Not going to lie, I feel uncomfortable but not in dreadful pain. My boobs are rock solid and bloody heavy, and I feel I’ve been punched in the chest a few times.
Mr Traynor said it all went smoothly. No problems and he was delighted I opted for what smaller implants (over the 300s).

Right now I feel ok. And I was delighted to meet Livvy who also got hers today, and same size! She went for overs and looked waaay more mobile than I am however!

If anyone has questions please ask away, pics on my profile and a couple of before and afters here. I am a small build, quite athletic, approx a size 8 (sometimes 10) and so far I 100% think the size was correct for me. They don’t look huge, they look like the right size for my body! This may change… I’m nervous to see them in a full length mirror but so far so good 🙂 I know how terrifying it can be for some people, I’ve been there, and more than happy to answer anything.

Hi Lucy! So glad it went well for you, they’ll look amazing! I’m currently in the hospital bed drinking tea and watching American Dad! I was so scared for the cannula being put in but it was painless, I feel a bit silly for worrying ???? Are you home now?xx

Hi Ellie! I’m in hospital still! Booked an over night. Were you unders too? I’m in quite abit of discomfort now, it’s slowly getting worse… but I’ve just been given a sleeping pill so about to check out haha. How are you? How did it all go? How you feeling? Have you got any pics? Xx

I’m feeling great! I have no pain as it stands, just super tired and scared to go for a wee due to my Labiaplasty haha! My admission time was 11am and wasn’t taken in until nearly 5pm! Did you have to wait long? I’ve taken some photos and uploaded them on my profile – feel free to take a look!xx

I was admitted at 11am and out of surgery by 3pm, so all v fast really! I’m on my own, literally didn’t want anyone with me so felt abit emotional earlier thinking ‘what have I done to myself’ haha but I’m ok now. Waiting for all these pills to kick in! Long day for you to wait… also time to get nervous! Were you ok when you first went down?
Yeah the overnight is a great idea, I’d 100% recommend it. You feel safer with nurses on call and meds to hand. I’ll check out your pics- glad you are feeling ok! Xx

I’m jealous you were in in and out so quick haha! I eventually got so bored and hungry when waiting I was desperate for them to just take me into theatre haha! I’m on my own too so I know how you feel. I wasn’t too bad when I went in, quite nervous but once I was led down they were so quick and the next thing I knew I was in recovery and super dizzy!
I did have Labiaplasty too, honestly I can’t even feel my foof – too scared to look at it and I’m about to go for my first wee which I’m terrified about haha, the things we do to ourselves!!

How did you feel after the anaesthetic?xx

Ellie- have you been the toilet yet? ‘foof’ heehee that made me laugh! What’s more sore, boobs or down there?? I felt fine from anaesthetic, it just keeps me totally wired. So hard to sleep! My brain feels like it’s buzzing but I’m super tired too, so it’s odd.
I need to get up and dressed now- thought isn’t pleasant! Do the nurses help you dress or not? I’m not sure I can actually manage it. I’m not a wimp, but my arms and chest ache so badly :-/ even with painkillers! Xx

So happy someone has had the same implant size as I’m getting I’m having 250cc high profile overs with dr traynor, glad you think that the small was right for your size! Happy it went okay for u too xx

Thanks Demi. Im pretty sore right now, and the look HUGE!! They seriously seem enormous… Im hoping its swelling! Glad I went for the smaller over larger for sure! When is yours? Good luck! Xx

I have been to the loo and it’s actually fine, I’m bleeding down there a little bit but it’s nothing too bad. My boobs feel super heavy now so I’d say boobs are more painful! I might give in and have my first cocodamol 🙁 how are you feeling? The nurses offered to help me this morning but I did it myself as I had a button up too which wasn’t too bad!x

Hey Ellie- hope you are ok now?? I had a moment on the couch earlier where I was so short of breath and my chest super tight. Taken painkillers and now I’m in bed hoping I can sleep… they still feel HUGE on me!! Also, I’ve not had a proper look, mainly I can’t cause of all my clothes but I’m also too scared too haha. Stupid I know!!

I’m okay now thankfully! My chest feels so heavy though, I had overs as well! I slept quite well last night though which shocked me – how did you sleep? I had a peek last night and they’re so big hahah! I have no feeling from my nipple and below on my breasts which I’ve read is totally normal while your nerves etc are sorting themselves out 🙂 my journey home was pretty straight forward – what about yours?xx

My journey home was fine but now I’m struggling to do anything!!! So sore, so immobile! I think the good hospital drugs have worn off and these aren’t strong enough, mine were unders so I knew it would be bad but I honestly can barely even write this message! My arms aren’t working, my stomach muscles ache, my back hurts etc etc. I was planing to pop into work today- not even slightly possible! :-/ don’t think I realised how difficult life would be with unders for awhile!! Xx

I have just uploaded a picture on my profile, my nipples are so big at the moment haha!! I’ve taken two cocodamol tabs and I feel super drowsy at the moment. Oh god, I hope you feel a bit better soon! I’d leave work out of the equation for a while, get focus on recovering 🙂 have you looked at yours yet?xx

Today is 4.5DPO. It’s crazy how much the pain has changed! I was SO sore for 2 days, its was hard to move or sleep. But honestly, since yesterday I’ve noticed a huge difference. I’m not as stiff, the pain had ebbed away a lot. I generally feel ok! I’m still on painkillers but not as frequently as I was. I also managed to work today, so huge improvement! Here is an updated pic for girls following early stage progress 🙂 I don’t think they have changed visibily since the op but they do feel better! Xx
