Surgery in 6 days! Any last minute advice?

Hi ladies, Monday 13th june is my op day and I’m super excited and nervous. Going for 425cc how unders from a 34a. I’m staying over night as all the day cases were taken. Just wondering if there is any advice you think I may need? I know with unders my recovery will take longer and the pain is going to be bad ( especially as I have an 11 month old to take care of). But that’s about all I know to expect xx

make sure you stock up on paracetamol, ibuprofen, heat pads and food! easy to cook food, because you won’t be up to doing much. i made sure I had snacks and water beside my bed or by the sofa so i didn’t have to move much! also unders hurt and take longer to heal so expect limited movement and to sleep A LOT! the worst days are day 2 through to around 10 days/2 weeks, good luck hun xxx
