surgery stockings

Hey ladies I was advise your meant keep them on for a week.. anyone kept there’s on as there running me xx

@Janet after the hospital never wore them again….a week OMG xxx

The nurse told me they advise 2 weeks lol but that they’ve often cleaned the toons and found them in the bin! I font have mine on at the moment! X

Iv still got mine on but will take them off later x it’s to prevent dvt blood clots. To be honest I don’t think she would have told me a week.. i think it’s only cos I asked how long they have stay on xx

Haha oops I took mine off after my op and put them in the bin! I think as long as your getting up and walking around throughout the day you’ll be okay, I wasn’t told I needed to keep them on!! Xxxx

Ha ha xx I’m going shopping later so will take them off..been feeling fine . But just been sick.. tablets on empty stomach prob wasn’t my best idea xx

Yeah I was told as soon as you’re mobile it’s ok but I think if you’re just sitting down for ages it’s best to keep them on
