Hi Zoe you get taken to a room where the take you’re blood pressure, ask some medical questions and give you a gown and paper knickers to put on. You also have to do s pregnancy test. Sign some forms and then they will give you an idea of how long it will be you’re surgery and where you are on the list. They leave you to it in you’re room to watch TV or you can take magazines iPad laptop etc to keep you occupied whilst you wait. The aneathetist and surgeon will see you just before you’re surgery to draw on you haha so the surgeon an mark where he will be doing surgery and then you go into surgery and then have time to recover afterwards.
