Surgery tomorrow feeling so nervous and sick

My surgery is tomorrow. I’ve already had a fast heart beat where I’m so anxious. I had boobs 18 years ago so this is removal and replacement. Can’t really remember how I felt all those years ago. Can’t wait for it to be over feeling so sick x

You will be fine it’s my 3rd time having implants it gets a lot easier xxx

I really hope so. I’m having unders again. It’s the build up I guess and leaving kids at home. Worrying about how I cope after all stupid thoughts right now x

Can I ask why both had removal and replacement please?

Hi , I’ve had them 18 years and one has capsular contracture so needs to come out x
