Surgical socks and bra removal

Hi girls
When did you take off your socks?
And how the hell is everyone got their bras off day 1/2/3?
I’m so strapped and taped up and I’m pain I darent take mine off in case I muckiit up!

I was advised 5 days for the surgical socks . What I used to do was very quickly wash them in the morning just in the sink and dry them on the radiator so gives u a little break from constant wear but you must wear them if you’ve BEEN advised to
Regarding sports bras.. have u got zip fronts ?? If so.. it does grt easier to put on. It will feel like your squashing your boobs together sometimes but it’s completely normal xx x

I went in with Mr Marcellino Monday 19th feb. I’m totally relying on my pain killers and my fiancé is being amazing as my nurse.
I was advised to keep my Macon strap on for 3 weeks, socks for 5 days, and post op bras for 6 weeks.
Gonna have a wash soon and change. I’m dreading it. Any tips il be glad of xx
