Swelling

Anyone got any good tips on how to reduce swelling? And rhino girls, how swollen are you two weeks post op? Its my friends birthday and I really want to go out but I don’t know if it will be safe/ how big my nose will have swollen to :(?xxx

Have you tried taking arnica tablets Hun, there for bruising and swelling, can get them from boots (30c dosage) xx

I didn’t have rhino, but I used frozen peas too ease swelling though put them in a pillow case or towel before use x might help
