Swelling

Hi girls have any of you used arnica tablets to help reduce the swelling? If so are they worth getting…

I’ve been taking them and I think they’ve really reduced the swelling so far, well that and Ice blocks on the boobies, I’m only 4 days post op but swelling seems to be okay at the moment xx

I for them but after reading up on the possible side effects, I chickened out:(

I loved my arnica tablets. had hardly any swelling and no bruising what so ever x

My left boob is so much more tender than my right, it’s bruised aswell where as my right one is completely fine.. Is that normal? For one to be worse than the other. I’ve taken the arnica tablets and feel like the swelling has gone down loads!!
