swelling…. how long does it last?

Hey ladies, ok so I’m now 3 weeks 3 days po. I’m thinking all swelling has gone down now and I’m convinced they’ve dropped but not sure, is it too soon? If the drop lower I’ll look like I need them done again lol. Also they aren’t numb any more and nipples like razor blades but I’ve noticed the inside of right boob (cleavage area) feels almost rippled when I rub it, u can’t see it but Is this normal?? I really do not want rippling.
