Swelling under armpit ?

Had my op Friday 350cc unders, my right implant seems big at the side, under my armpit, is his normal as it doesn’t seem the same with the left? X

My right was more swollen underneath and around the sides, my insicion was lower on that side because of the swelling but I think that was becuase I’m right handed therefore used that side more give it time mine evened out after a week or two xx

No worries, I panicked and did the same until someone told me it could be that and it was xx
