Swelling under left Inscions ??

I’ve noticed this morning there is hard swelling under the Inscions on my left breast. I have an appt with my GP on Wednesday so going get it checked there at the same time. Just wondered of anyone has experienced this and is it anything to be really concerned about. I’ll get my GP to check it but wanted to ask.
