Have you had your six week post op appointment hun? If yes and you have been given the all clear to wear normal bras,, use bio pil all the rest you can go swimming!! xxx
I went swimming after my one week check, I’m not sure were supposed to though but I figured if I was aloud to shower etc why not. Just made sure as soon as I got out and home I cleaned it really well with savlon spray and made sure it was thoroughly dried. I’d ask your nurse though because of all the germs in the water etc! In hind sight I should’ve probably waited!!!! xoxo
No there is a big dofference between having clean water splash over ypur incision as aposed to be submerged in chemical filled dirty pool! Youre also not supposed to exercise until six weeks post op! If you have seen ypur srgeon T ypur post op 6 week appointment honestly youre fine! x
