Swimming/Hot Tub after Surgery

I am 2 weeks post op, when am I allowed to go into a hot tub/ swimming pool?

Think it’s 6 weeks. I was told I could have a bath and go swimming at my 6 weeks appt, I assume it’s the same for a hot tub? Xx

I’m pretty sure it’s 6 weeks as well, I’ve had to delay a prebooked spa day for a few weeks until after my 6 week appointment Xx

Yes it’s six weeks, I went for a spa night at just over four weeks post op and was told I couldn’t go in the jacuzzi etc due to the risk of germs but I was cleared to go in last week at my six week check up 🙂 x
