Swollen incisions

I’m 8 days post op had my dressings taken off yesterday and noticed in the evening that where the incisions are it was a bit swollen underneath the skin I put my cool pack on which helped
Today it felt ok and I felt quite good in myself but think I may have overdone it as the incisions are swollen a bit again is this normal ? Just want to know if anyone else has the same it’s not majorly swollen but not sure if just the stitching under the skin or if I’ve aggravated it ?

I have this.. Its not painful though..
I decided to touch an its hard i think its the skin an stitches.

Yeah i am panicin over every lil thing atm lol then researching haha!
Im okay no pain just struggle to breath every now an again with this silly breast band.

Breast band ? How come ? I’ve seen some people have breast bands and others have white strapping that looks like tape and then there’s me who had small dressings lol
have you had indeed or overs ? I’m just getting bored now lol hubby shouts at me when I try do anything he’s a sweetie tho xx

Unders *

The tape was for first week.. The breast band since day 1 for anothsr 3 weeks. It pushes the implant down to drop. So they dont sit so high on my chest. Im unders which most unders to dependin on surgeon.
