Taking Arnica

Hi Ladies,
I’ve started taking Arnica today in prep for my op in 2 weeks. Does anybody know what dosage I should be taking daily?

I take two 30c pellets 4 times a day for a week before my op xx

I was told once a day 2 weeks before

I didn’t take it until after my op 2x30c once a day no bruising at all.

I took 2 tablets 3 times a day for a week before my op x

Thanks ladies,
I’ve taken 2 tabs 3 times today but may cut it down to twice a day as I’ve got two weeks to let them get into my system x
