Taking macom off – 4days post op

Am I okay to sit with it off for say half hour? I can’t stand this pain any longer, it eases the pain under my arms when I have it off 🙁 not sure if I can take it off for that long yet though?

Youl be find for half hour as long as your not moving about xx

You will be fine but it sounds like you need another bra! Asda zip one is amazing and cheap. I alternated bras when I was uncomfortable

Thanks girls, ended up putting it back on after 10 minutes cos felt as if my boobs were gonna fall off! I’ve got a few other bras but not as supportive as this one. It’s not tight round the band but it’s tight round the top area cos pulling my boobs together when they don’t wanna budge yet! Xxx

Maybe undo a few clips at the top ..might help?

i tried that but when i do that it feels like theres too much pressure on the lower part of my boobs and the top feels like they’re popping out haha! i’ve got ice on them at the min, easing it abit 🙂
