Taking sports bra off

Are we allowed to take the sports bra off for a while for a break? Just while I’m resting? Also why do we have to sleep almost sitting up? So uncomfortable now X

I had change my sport bra today. I had my surgery yesterday and I brought there one high impact but the nurse said maybe was too small for my, really tight. I changed today for one medium implant, same size but I bit loose compare to the first one and I really feel the different. I’m gonna go back to the first one, I feel strange, don’t know if I done right change it them… They are not tight anymore, but I’m still wearing the compression band on the top ?

You don’t have to sleep totally upright but at a 45degree angle they say. I didn’t really take my sports bra off at all for the first few weeks and I just felt so unsupported but read girls that took it off xx
