Taking the bra off for how long ??

So I’m only 3 days PO but my god the macom bra is cutting into me where I’m so swollen and under my arms and making me so itchy I have no bandages on so wondered if I am ok to take off just for 5 mins each day ?? Just to breathe and wipe myself with baby wipes lol

I couldn’t get away with my macom it was so uncomftable I couldn’t even breath , maybe change to another sports bra ? Xxx

MYA bras are really good and soft xx

Thanks girls I’m going back to see surgeon tomorrow I may try invest in a different front fastening support bra but the Macoms cost a fortune !!

@staceyhunt88 I got the Asda post opp front fastening. Two for £15 and they are great!! Wash really well too x

Yeah I had the Asda ones but also I have the m&s post op sports bra they both are really comfy and a good price x
