Does anyone know if you are allowed a new tattoo within 3 months before surgery? I wondered if it was something that they asked if you’d had done recently? No where near the boobs by the way 😉
I got a tattoo in April and had my ba in July. Tattoos take a matter of 2 weeks to fully heal so don’t see why you can’t as long as its not 2 weeks before or after
I’m covered in tattoos and was never asked if I’d had recent ones when getting my surgery.
Just make sure you’re not healing your tattoos and breasts at the same time as this will make things difficult for your body to heal (to heal from your surgery and to heal your tattoo well). I’m a tattoo artist and tattoos rarely heal well if the person is ill/recovering as the body gets very run down.
