Tattoos before or after surgery

Hey girls, does anyone know if there are any problems about getting a tattoo on the forearm a month before surgery or after? X

Hi i was going to get a tattoo but opted against it before surgery incase it got infected and the tattoo artist said wait atleast 3 months after surgery to let you body heal your surgery first so its not trying to heal 2 things at same time hooe this helps xx
