Tear drop overs – Help

Saw Mr Adamo today for consultation and asked for as natural as possible looking perter boobs – he suggested I have over teardrops. I am a saggy C. I have googled everywhere and it seems that unders are more natural – so what is he thinking or should I trust his judgement considering he has all the boob experience required and done a full assessment/measurement of mine. I really didnt want the round looking ones and he said I had enough breast tissue at the top for it to go over. Help I’m confused…………..x

I’m pretty sure you should trust his judgement. I am also having Mr Adamo, having 380 and 410 overs. I was wary to start, before i met him, but the amount of good reviews he has had on here makes me feel so much more confident…

I told him a wanted to look as natural as poss as well, dont want to be looking really fake and massive etc…and he advised me quite well.

If your not sure have a word with your PC or maybe ask to see another surgeon? But he is very experienced and I really think you are in the best hands

Thanks – I’ve also heard brilliant things about him. A friend of mine had hers done with him and prior to that she had seen 7 other surgeons and said Adamo was the best. SO I think I’ll have to go with his judgment. Are you having teardrop or round?

i had tead drop overs with mr adamo and they look so natural! i was an a before and he said i had enough tissue to cover the implant so you defo will if you are a c. trust him hun he is amazing! xxx

im starting to feel confused… i have been doing some research into teardrops an i read that they can move/turn and can even adhere to the tissue more that round … also said tha with gravity wen u stand the implant saline or silicone forms the shape of teardrop anyway ….. confusingggg!!!

i also read that some surgeons use round an put it partially under ur muscle.. does this create a more natural look?? then havin them above the muscle??

or if you have round under the muscle does it form tear shape anyway

i dunno … any help girls???? not got my consultation for a few weeks yet ??? please help

Hi Nickyb, dont panic honestly! the teardrop implants that I had that mr adamo reccommends are the best out there. they have a special soft gel in them but it also helps to retain its shape. the reason i had this kind of implant is because of my breasts to start with and my measurements. my best friend has round implants (not too big) and they look v natural but they just werent right for me. i was worried about the fact that they could turn but mr adamo told me that even though this can happen (really small risk) – he has never had it happen. thats why he is so good!!! trust the surgeon hun and he will tell you what is best for you. everyone is different and it is what will give you the best result. if you are wanting a really natural result then make sure you stress that to him. let me know if you have any more questions x
