Telling the kids!!!

Hi there. I’m pretty new to this site, I’ve loved reading your journeys so far 🙂
I’m having my surgery on the 1st Feb 2017, so exciting!!! I have 2 daughters aged 7 and 11 who have no idea yet, I’m just wondering how you all went about telling your kids. I have no idea what to say to them!
Also when I use the forum I get a really annoying welcome tab, it says welcome to our brand new MYA Space……I can’t get rid of it and it blocks pretty much the whole page so I can’t read threads properly, any idea how to get rid of this? Tia. Xx

Are you logging in on your phone?? Try a computer or ipad andbyou can acess the tiny x in the corner to get rid. Xxx

I never told my kids – although they were younger than yours 7 and 5! Will they actually notice? I wore padded bra’s for a good 6 months before my op. Mainly so people at work wouldn’t notice!! X

Yeah I reckon they’ll defo notice, especially if they see me naked lol! X
