Hiya, I’m having a BA on Feb 27th and really worried about putting on weight. The reason I’m having the BA is becaiuse I have lost 6 stone, and in turn lost a lot of fullness. At the moment I have PT three times a week, and I’m just so worried that I will put on weight whilst recovering. Any advice? xx

All I can say is you probably will gain a little bit of weight, particularly if you are used to exercising a lot. I usually go to the gym every day so my body is in complete shock! But as long as you don’t let your diet slip and you stay relatively active you shouldn’t put much on and you should be able to shift it pretty quickly x

Ha…like the bum crunch idea, lol. Thanks, I guess it’s inevitable I’ll put on some weight, just going to try and eat well…and not push to go to the gym too soon.

    Sure Kate…no worries.
    xx
