The amount of people talking about double bubbling is really worrying me!

Particularly now I’ve seen how bad it can look on Google Images!

Is there anything you can do to prevent it, or is it just one of those where if it happens it happens?

You only get double bubble with unders, it’s a risk you have to take along with the other risks of surgery if you want implants. If you’re unlucky to get it like some girls on here have it can be put right again with a re op xx

Honestly don’t worry, everyone has doubts whether they have unders or overs.
I had asymmetry when I wore bras pre op was a c one side and larger the other and never sat in my bras, I was worried post op because I hated my pre op boobs so much that I didn’t think they would look the way they do now to the point whether I questioned whether I was doing the right thing and I my expectations were unrealistic.
But if you don’t have it done you will never know, plus the % of people have double bubble is nowhere near the amount that don’t

There’s risks to both overs and unders, theres risk to any surgery you have its just one you have take. It’s true that unders is the main culprit for double bubble, but there’s a reason for it happening. I.e given unders when you really needed overs, tubular because unders dusnt fill out the tissue that mainly sits under the nipple with tubular, having loose tissue and having crease lowred aswell as unders (but db can still happen if you have crease lowred with overs too but more unlikely) I had it and had a reop, I still have it to a certain degree, seems to appearing worse again now. BUT it can be fixed so please don’t worry xx
