Girls I just want to share with you the sports bra I am wearing! Girls it’s amazing if you’re in the stages of buying a bra I 100% recommend this one:

It’s called Royce silver line post surgery bra, it’s the most comfortable one I got I wish I got more! My nurse said this is the perfect bra to wear and it’s not that ugly either can not really be seen under clothes as it looks like normal bra at the back however the material is thin so doesn’t conceal those pesky erect nipples lol! It comes down quite low aswell so it doesn’t run on your incisions!

It is £33 mainly but well worth the money girls and most places sell it and normally have offers on I got mine for 26 in john Lewis! So shop around girls!
I’ve got the link here so you can see the benefits and I’ll attach a pic of it on me!

I’m a size 8 was a 32b and had 375cc hp unders and bought a 34D/DD and it fits perfectly 🙂 happy shopping ladies xxxxx

Hey this sounds such a stupid question but did you buy it before or after your op? I don’t really know what to do my op is in 3 weeks and when I met with the surgeon they said to wear Macom bra but I’ve seen some people have brought sports bras but don’t know what size I will be :/ xxx

I bought it before as what my surgeon advised he told me the size to buy when he measured me he said go up a back size so you can allow for swelling so he said go with a 34DD as I would roughly be a 32 DD or a 30e so that size was perfect just go up a back size and your end cup result!
You don’t need a macom Hun they’re not all they’re cracked up to be a lot of girls on here have said they rub the incisions! as long as it is a supportive sports bra you will be fine with anything as long as it’s comfy for you it’s totally up to you Hun I just want to help people and recommend a comfy one 🙂 xxxx

Thank you I might have to go on a little shopping trip ha :), and I’m not sure yet Georgie :/ I’ve got mr marcellino and basically one side of my chest has like a dip so one side is much bigger than the other so he’s ordered me 6 different siZes from 200cc to 325cc so I don’t really know :(, I think on the day I might just say to him fit whatever you can in xxx

@georgiexo, that bra looks amazing. I wish I’d known about it before my op as I didn’t really like my macom. It was so uncomfortable and it wasn’t really that supportive. I had to resort to my shock absorber sports bras instead. @tiffanyl0912, trust Mr Marcellino. He is a wonderful surgeon. I had him and he did an excellent job. Good luck. xxx

Oh right I see yeah I’d deffo go with the bigger option Hun but I said the same to my surgeon as I couldn’t decide on 2 sizes so I got the bigger one in the end @tiffanyl0912 xxxx

Yeah it really is @sharksaub00bage it’s been my life saver lol that’s why I wanted to this post as I struggled trying to find a decent bra and I kept panicking over it lol xxx
