The first shower :)

Hey girls im going to have my first shower today nd just wanted ti know what u all used as ibe been told not to use body wash shampoo or anything like that any advice plzzz girls?????

I always use simple shower gel (allergic to anything else), which is fine to use, just don’t rub it directly on your incisions xx

Its the most amazing shower ever! I still washed my hair and used body wash but not near incisions and left the steri strips on until last minute x

Doesnt the shampoo run down to ur incisions tho?? Im soo excited for my shower lol thanks girls xxx

Nd emztee are u sleeping normal yet?? I had being sat up hurts my back? Even tho I slide dwn a bit in the night lol xxx

Tilt your head right back and you’ll be fine. I’m sleeping normal now, I started removing pillows gradually each night! I know it kills doesn’t it, I’m looking forward to being able to sleep on my side again x

Aww ok thnks hunxx so can I sleep flat nw then??? My laft nipple is sooo sensitive atm lol r u still on meds hun im not any more take the odd painkiller here nd there xxx

I would do it gradually but yes hun. My nips feel really strange I can sometimes feel them and then sometimes not. I’m just taking the odd paracetamol or ibuprofen, I don’t really have much pain anymore its more achey, well until the shooting pains come from the nerves knitting back together lol. How was the shower? X
