Yesterday went brilliantly, no sickness & minimal pain. Bedtime was a bit tricky coz I like to snuggle down! Slept on & off for a good amount of time, waking up quite thirsty but not in pain. Got up about 4.30am as I was restless, had some painkillers then because I could feel the effects of having an op, tight, muscle ache & twinges where the stitches are. Gonna have a 15 minute break from bra coz it feels so tight. Finding myself really thirsty, but that’s good coz we need plenty of fluids. Took a Dulcolax before bed too, because from experience I know what Co-Codamol can do to your bowels!!

Going to grab an hour now & my best to take it easy as I’m a bug for doing stuff when I shouldn’t.

I hope you lovely girlies who shared the experienced yesterday are feeling well, and good luck to all those going in today 🙂

    I’ve got boobies….woo hoo!! Xx

    That’s brilliant @Sarah 🙂

My upper back doesn’t hurt, it’s mainly the side of my boobs when I move, it’s like a muscle ache and they just feel heavy. xx

Day 2 isn’t too bad so don’t be fooled into thinking its not too bad and doing more than you shouldn’t girls! Keep taking your meds when you should, and even through the night of you can. It was day 3 when I woke up when I couldn’t move in my bed! It does affect people differently but majority of people I’ve spoke to 3 & 4th day have been the worst. And of course it does depend on unders/overs, size etc xx

Thanks Rachel 🙂 I’m going to take care today, was going to walk to the shops but don’t really feel up to it, I’ll walk round the garden instead, that’ll confuse the cat!!

    How are you doing? xx

If you do try naproxen tablets from your doctor! Felt a bit out of it at 1st but did take 2 with nurofen lol so now cut down to 1 or just a nurofen and it seems to have worked! I’m keeping my fingers crossed I’m back on the mend! Hope you don’t experience too much pain! You never no you might be lucky:) x

I had that on day 5 @RachelH felt like boobs were so heavy and low all day. It wouldn’t have slumped don’t worry lol. Your boobs on day 5/6 really don’t feel like yours at all. I’m day 7 today and starting to feel like they’re blending into my body. They don’t look it mind!! But they certainly starting to feel part of me lol. They change daily!!!! Madness xx
