I’m on day 6! I have my 1 week post op appointment tomorow and I’ve not really been in any pain! Until today!!!! I’m in so much pain and discomfort I dunno what’s different! Feel like my sports bra is annoying me and I’m super sensitive! 🙁 🙁
its the area where the incisions are, Mya rang as soon as i posted this! (How good!!!!) they said it might be the steristrips pulling on the incision! going to get them removed tomorow they advised to up my pain releif! xx
Jayde Hun I think we must be having the same experience lol!! Mine are sooooo sensitive it’s sore when my bra rubs on them, I had my plasters off today and some other things to cover them and now I feel a bit achey and sore where they’ve been moved about and the plasters pulled off. Thinking of starting my pain killers again Til it settles just don’t want the constipation again!!! It’s a bit of a pain gotta wait another week to be able to get a shower properly too!! Erghhh roll on them being just normal and all these niggly pains and sore nipples disappear!!!xxx
@xxmisswilsonxx omg Kayleigh we r literally having the same experience ha. I’m back on the pain killers too! I’m just drinking loads of prune juice so I don’t get constipated again! Had the dressings off today and it killed me when she pulled the steri strips off! Now the incisions r really tender and going through exactly same as u! Only thing is I’ve been told I’m allowed to shower now! Xx
I’m going to invest in some prune juice then and just keep on top of the painkillers. I’m also going to get some gauze to go in my bra to try help with the sensitive nipples!!
Yeah my incisions are really tender so going to have a chilled day today. Awww she put some more steri trips and a thin bandage over mine and I’m to go back next week to have the stitches trimmed. I only have a stand in power shower too but I am going to just get some water proof plasters and try get a shower today with just my back in so they don’t get wet. Had my hair extensions back in on Tuesday as I assumed I’d be ok to get showered this week and wash my hair properly this week.
Can’t wait for them to soften!!!
Does anyone have any advice for a cream or anything to put on the nipple as mine are super sensitive and almost dry like and sore :(( gross!xxx
Could u try the breast feeding pads and there is creams out there for sore dry cracked nipples during breast feeding lanolin based I think that should help?
Yeah same! Although she said if they have gone shorter and dissolved on their own we don’t have to go back and get them trimmed! So hope they dissolve a bit more! I had my extensions put back in too but I’m ok to wash mine now. Try and pop ur head over and wash it that way! That’s what I did coz I had my extensions put back in a week ago coz I didn’t even think ha so had to wash it upside down. Try some creams that have lidocaine in them, they numb the skin so that might help. Creams like germalene and hemerroid creams have lidocaine in them xx
Thanks Hun will try them! Haha I hated not having my extensions in, managed to wash them this morning with my friends help. Awww I can’t wait to be able to just get a shower!! Since starting pain killers again I’ve been fine on the pain front. Where did you get prune juice from? Looked in morrisons today and can’t find it anywhere xxx

And yeah Kayleigh I’ve been fine too with pain now I’m back on them! And I got the prune juice from tesco! I didn’t find it in the fridges bit tho, I found it in the isle with all the cordials, and where like the ribena cartons are, it’s still in a juice carton, but it’s with like all the other weird juices! It’s so minging tho just down a glass and close ur taste buds! Xx

They don’t they look really nice they look very simlar to mine atchally! Veiny like mine too ha! Once they drop they will look nice and natural! Remember we r only 1 week post op! I uploaded new ones yesterday too! Xx
Just looked at yours, yours are like mine super round!! Haha the veins!!! My bf says they look strange with the veins, was gutted I can’t shower as was sooooo looking forward to getting a spray tan!! I’m happy with them just done a comparison between now and last week on an instacollage pic and they so different already!! Roll on the summer and bikinis and holidays with them!! Can’t wait!!!!xxx
