The scar healing process??

Hi ladies, so the scar issue!
I’m 4 weeks post op now and my scars are healing well but very raised , what are everyone else incisions like?
is this normal, they are not red and angry , they feel very comfortable if a little dry and itchy at times.

Does anyone know what to expect from the incision healing process and time scales ? they look so ugly albeit small neat scars , I do wonder how my surgeon got them in there!

I hope this risen scar tissue reduces!

I am 4 and half weeks PO and I was worrying about the same thing. On one side the scar tissue is raised but the other side is ok x

@Joanne yes mine very prominent. I’m sure they must flatten down but just having usual fret about things that don’t look right. I know it’s early days etc..x

Under left. I still have bruising..my bruising was very severe ,thankfully clearing up x
