thin layer of padding in sports bras is it allowed??

Ive got a few sports bras that have a thin layer of padding in them that can be removed. But ive discovered since having my boob job i seam to have erect nipples constantly at the moment which are super sensative. Is it ok to wear this thin layer of padding just to cover the obvs nipple sight? I work as a barmaid and its my first shift back at work tonight. Get enough hassle of the men as it is without something else to add to there jokes. Let me knoe asap girls as i start work at 6.30 x

I wore a small amount of padding most of the time after my op as the sports brad don’t really hide much and could definitely tell when I was a bit cold haha x

I have one with slight padding that can’t be taken out and the nurse said it was fine 🙂 xx
