think i have capsular contraction any girls had this or correction surgery ?

Hi girl im a year po , I had 485 in my left and 385 in my right and the right boob has been rock hard and doesn’t move for some time now.it looks horrible and feels like a stone.I had over naturals

My surgan was Dr chantarsak in London.

Has anybody had this problem and had it correct ??
