Thinking about implants…..

Been searching through the forum a little, not very easy to navigate or find threads (maybe i’m just missing something, lol) so I thought I’d post one.
I’m 19, around 5ft 1, and about 7 stone, very petite!. I started on the pill for heavy/painful periods (sorry, details! haha) when i was 13, and went from having regular, 13year old pancake 30A boobs, to around a D cup in the space of weeks. I was left with horrible stretch marks all over my boobs, it made me sooo self conscious. They have faded now, and after switching from the pill to the implant, my boobs shrank again. I think i’m around a 30B or so now. They are still perky, but there’s a bit of loose skin from them shrinking, making my stretch marks even more noticable. When they first faded, it was alright because I had plenty of breast tissue to ‘puff’ them out a bit, you couldn’t see them at all if i had a push up bra on. But now, since there’s not as much tissue behind my boobs, they’re more obvious. It’s making me feel like sh*t to be honest. I love the rest of my body, I just feel like my boobs let me down. I hate looking at all the pictures online of people that have had amazing boob jobs, makes me so jealous! haha
I’m in a long term, serious relationship, and although my boyfriend loves my boobs, he knows how much i hate them. It’s horrible having that self confidence barrier, knowing he thinks you look good but you can’t believe it. I just want to feel sexy and confident. They aren’t aweful haha, they just look and feel like they could be much better. He’s said he doesn’t think I need one, and loves my boobs.. but if it’s something that I want and if it would help me feel better about myself, he’ll pay for it. Yaaaay 🙂 haha. I’m a very lucky girl.
So anyway, I want to have big, gorgeous boobs like all you ladies 🙂
My ideal hopes for getting my boobs done, are to have them still look natural. I’ve been researching and I think partials, teardrop silicone implants would be my best bet, although i’ll obviously decide all of that with the surgeon when i get round to a consultation. I don’t want too high a projection either, just natural looking, full sexy booobies 🙂 The only thing i’m a bit nervous about is how big i should go. At my biggest, i was a 30/32E. And i LOVED my boobs. They did look big on my tiny frame, but i’m lucky in the sense i have an hourglass figure and my shoulders aren’t too narrow or wide. My hips are 34in, waist 22in and chest is about 26/28in. i haven’t measured in a while lol i definitely want to be atleast a D but i’m still not sure…
Could any of you share any info, or experiences if you’re similar to me? It’s obviously a big decision, and i don’t want to just throw myself into it. But i know i’ll just keep longing for a boob job until i get one, so just trying to do as much research as i can and be as prepared as i can be.
Did you regret getting your boobs done? How likely are complications (usually), the media are always throwing out horror stories, they make it out like if you get a boob job, only the worst will ever happen. Is terrifying, but from what i’ve read on here most people have a great experience.
Do you have any advice on surgeons that prefer doing the natural type? Sorry i’m being vague, i just don’t know where to begin haha.

hello like you i didnt hate my boobs, but i always wanted DDs. Seeing pictures on the internet really doesnt help either! i was a 32C, i really didnt want to look like i had fake boobs or have a big gap and ridge . . . but thats a risk i was willing to take 🙂
i went to high gate hosptial in london, it was the closest one to me (4 hours drive -_- ) lol! i had a surgeon call Dr. chantarasak, who my PC told me is amazing and does the neatest scars.My friend had him aswell so i kwen he was amazing!
Now im a 32E and i love my boobies. its the best thing iv ever done and i would recomend it to anyone that wasnt happy with their boobs!
i had 385cc implants, it cost me £4450!
but if you arange a consultation your patient cordnatior will tell you prices, show you before and after pics, advise you on a surgeon that would suit you and you can even book you surgey there and then (with £400 deposit) which you get back if you pull out 😀

That sounds amazing! So great to hear girls loving their new boobs. You seem a little similar to me, always good to hear success stories. 🙂 I’ve been researching and heard Dr Kazzazi is really good at the whole natural look, although I live in scotland and i’m not sure how easy it would be to get back again. I can arrange lifts just fine, but if i was too unwell for say, a 5 hour drive, would i be able to stay in hospital for an extra night or 2? I imagine loads of people have had to travel for a bit after leaving hospital… any tips?
MYA do payment plans don’t they? I was just wondering too, how soon did you book your op after deciding to definitely get implants? Does it usually take months on a waiting list, or are you done pretty quickly?

hi im bout the same stats as u im having 340/375 on 9th nov only had my first consultation on 10th oct so duznt take tht long depends when u want to have them done . u can stay in hospital but they charge hundreds lol i live 4 hours away so i will b staying in a hotel for a night xxx

Wow, that’s really quick! I’m not sure, but i expected it to take months. I suppose it depends what surgeon you choose. What one are you having your op with? xxx

My boyfriend came with me, and drove us home . . . i just slep the whole way i was so drozy from the drugs! i was a over night stay but i wasnt planning to stay, but that was the only place left that day so i just payed extra! i had my op at 4 and was im the car going home at 8 😀 but if you need to stay then yeah they wouldnt kick you out lol i think you would just have to pay extra! i took my v pillow with my and a blanket for the car jorney home so i was really comfy 😀
yeah MYA do finance, i had to do with them as i couldnt get a loan with my bank. but i was apporved by them 🙂
as soon as i started researching about a BA that was it i knew i was getting it lol! iv always wanted bigger boobs, and some people say you should wait months before going ahead, but if you want it its soo hard to wait 🙂
my first consulition was about sept 12th and i book my surgey for 16th oct . . . although there was a space free before that but i couldnt make it! so i only had to wait a month and its the longest month ever haha!
ohhh and yeah if you up load pics just set it as only friends then only people your friend with can see 🙂 xxx

I’m the same! I’ve always thought about getting a BA, almost certain i was going to get one some day, just not yet. Then at the start of this year I started properly considering it, and i couldn’t be more excited! I mentioned it to my boyfriend in april or so, and he said if it’s what i really want then go for it, but he doesn’t care either way. That’s when he mentioned his ex, she’s been soooo helpful in telling me about all the different implants and stuff, and it always helps to hear some first hand knowledge from someone who has recently done it. If something does go wrong, does anyone know if correction surgery is very successful? I suppose it all depends on whats wrong and the surgeon, but would be quite nice to hear from someone who didn’t have a smooth experience, in case of the worst. Just going to add you beth 🙂 xxx

They are soo comfy 🙂 i got mine from amazon £4.00 and its the best but some are about £20 . . . i was on a budget so couldnt afford that lol!
I was the same, once your mind is made up that it noone can stop you haha! i never looked at horror stories i knew it would scare me too much.

Thanks! 🙂 Yeah, i’ve been so tempted to look up the horror stories, but they are just designed to scare you. There can be complications with any type of surgery, i’m quite healthy and i plan to work out for a while longer before I get a BA. Just want to be in excellent shape and I think the BA would be the icing on the cake 🙂 Awesome! It’s amazing how much cheaper you can find things online though 🙂 So you don’t have any regrets then? xxx

Yeah theres aways going to be horror stories with any think that comes with a risk. Yeah the fitter you the easer it will be (fingers crossed) hehe!
i cant wait to get back to the gym 🙂

only issue is trying to find nice bra at my size, never thought i could say that 🙂 but its a small price to pay ;D xxx

Exactly, ‘i know such and such that got their tongue pierced and it got infected and they got brain cancer blah blah blah…’ when most people that get their tongues pierced have no problems lol. I’ve got my nipples pierced… thats not a problem is it? lol
I think your boobs looked really lovely before! But yeah, definitely a lot more impressive post op 🙂 do you feel more confident and stuff?

no i wouldnt have thought a nipple piercing would be a problem, loads of girls have them done 🙂 yeah i feel alot more confident, im only 6 day PO though, so my boobies still need to drop and soften. im getting my dressing off on thursday i cant wait 😀

Not mine, but sort of what mine look like. I’m white though, so my nipples are a bit pinker, but still a medium colour between pink and tan. My areola are slightly smaller than hers too, but thats sort of the condition that my boobs are in now. Does anyone, or do you know anyone that has similar before and after pics with boobs like that? lol xxx
