Thinking Of Breast Enlargement, Advice & Help Needed

Hi Girls, Im new to this and thinking on getting a breast enlargement, I have no idea about cost or finance, what size or type to get. I’m 21, 8 stone 8, and currently a size 32a. Any advice appreciated.

I think you should definitely book a consultation as they’re free & very helpful. And then you can go from there on making a decision! I had my consultation with the surgeon last week & am now just researching everything as I didn’t actually ask that much when I was there because I got upset. It’s definitely something I want though but I need to do a bit of saving first so it won’t be until a few months anyway. If it’s something that really bothers you then I’d go for it 🙂 x

Hey Hun! Don’t be nervous about your consultation. Your first one will just be a friendly chat with the lady who will be your personal coordinator. You don’t have to take your top off or show her your boobs or anything. She will sit and go through the procedure with you step by step, talk to you about risks, different types of implants, sizes and the price. Plus you get to see some before and after pics 😀 def advise getting one booked and getting all the info then you can decide how to proceed xx

That’s made me feel better thanks Becci, Do you mind me asking how much it cost as thats another worry of mine, i no you can get finance or part finance. Do they advise you with regards to sizes and types of implants ect. x

Yeh it’s something I’ve though about for a while but I’m 100% sure I want it done now. Well it didn’t go that well to be honest but only because I felt uncomfortable (because I got upset/nervous/embarrassed… Not because of the surgeon) so I didn’t end up asking anything I wanted to lol! I’m going to book another one though & hopefully get more information on what size & shape etc I want x

Your surgeon will be the one to talk to you girlies about sizes for you both as your pc doesn’t actually see your breasts. You need to tell your pc what it is about your breast you want to change the most then they can match you to the surgeon that will benefit you most. Your surgeon consult will be your second meeting and he will measure you then advise you on a implant size based on measurements and your height and weight etc 🙂 prices vary depending on the type of implant Hun as they have the regular CIO then the premium version that is soft touch. Costs roughly £4000 but ask your October if there is anything they can do for price/ discount! That’s what I did 🙂 xx

Whos the october?? I am so worried about going there the thought if at some point getting them out scares me. I think im going have to man up and go as im 100% i want to do it. Thanks so much for you advice girls its been helpful.

Becci has gone through it all of what happens but Just thought id give some reassurance the majority of ladies on here including myself have all felt the same way scared, embarrassed and upset I saw my surgeon on Monday and cried when I took off my top but my pc said there used to it! Once you see the surgeon and they have a look then you will have a far better idea of where you stand if you can do a late space you can get up to £1000 off I wouldn’t get so stressed out they are really friendly 🙂 where abouts are you from? xx

Sorry I meant to say coordinator not October, silly iPad. I totally agree that most girls on here admitted to feeling embarrassed/scared. It took me 10 minutes of my surgeon persuading me to initially take my bra off, but just think it will be worth it in the end 😀 I’m doing good Hun, alot more comfortable than I thought I would be 🙂 xx

I had my first consult on Saturday, met the surgeon on Monday, had my pre op was yesterday and having the op on Tuesday a very quick turnaround but less time to get stressed!!! I have been researching for months upon months!! That’s great there’s a clinic right by you 🙂 you excited Hun? xx

No it’s not a problem, I was exactly the same pre op. best way to find stuff out is through those who have experienced it 😀 it’s genuinely not as bad as you imagine it will be. They put an Cannula in your hand during your op and give you pain relief through that, then check on you every half hour after your op and give you more pain relief if you need it. When your discharged they will also send you home with some more meds. As long as you take them after your discharged and home it’s really not too bad. I feel numb and my nipple area is very tender, but other than that I wouldn’t say I was in pain xx

I had 520 soft touch overs 😀 very happy with them, now can’t wait for the, to start dropping! Ahh not long for you to wait now! Will have to let me know how you get on x

Yea it is really quick they actually offered me this Friday!!! I think it’s going so quick I’m a bit numb on feeling anything tbh lol but yes I am very happy 🙂 the cost for me was £3595 which is a very good price for the top range implants I asked to be a dd/e I am currently a 32c xx

That price isnt to bad is that finance do you mind me asking?? I am quite tiny literally a 32a so i dont want anything to big incase i look out of proportion. Where abouts do you live hunni? X

Just checked the finance pay and i dont fit the critera as iv just turned 21 and that requires a joint application, and i havent been in employment 12 months or more as iv just graduated from uni and gone into a job. Guted 🙁

No I don’t do finance him and in all honesty you can speak to mya about there finance but I would advise that you get a loan or credit card as this could be a cheaper option 🙂 the thing is the implants seem to measure bigger than they look so although I’m saying dd/e I will most likely look like a d! The surgeon will advise trust them tell them what you want and they will give you the implant sizes keeping what you want in mind I live London Hun you? xx

Yea I think don’t quote me though its 18.5%apr ? A lot of girls were going for the sainsburys loan a few months ago as they said that was much better maybe something you could look in to ? I’m at fenchurch how about you Hun xx

I’d def say that a personal loan would be lower repayments. I went on compare loans on google and it gives you all the interest rates and your chance of getting the loan without affecting your rating. Just be sure you can afford the repayments I guess. I took a loan years ago and then struggled to repay it. It wasn’t a fun time! :-/ xx

Hi Stevie, I had my BA done through MYA Chelmsford. Don’t be worried the girls there are all nice & easy to talk to. I know they are your boobs & you are worried but I’m sure the surgeons don’t even see them as boobs as they see so many! I took photos of how I wanted mine to be. I googled loads of before & after pics & looked at celebs etc, I wanted something natural without being too big, I really like Dannii Minogues so took a couple of pics of her. Then based on your height etc the surgeon will suggest a couple of sizes for you to try on. Is anyone coming to the consultation with you? Might help to have a friends opinion/reassurance & also get them to take photos of you trying on. Add me if you like, I’m 5ft3ish, size 10/12 & had 415 partials from 34/36a. I’m 13 days post op & fitting into an E sports bra but think I’ll be a DD when all settled which is exactly where I wanted to be. Good luck x

Thanks girls. I think im gonna check out inlin aboutf loans ect. Thanks Kelly how are you getting on now?? I think its the unknown thats getting me atm. Once i take the first step ill be okay, ahh thats a problem my family dont agree with me having it done and my partner wasnt happy but has managed to accept its whatni want and said hel come with me, which is helpful. Catherine thats what im worried about not being able to pay it back, im in full time work ect bt its always the what if. I reckon i could save up within 11 months byt 11 months is a long time 🙁 xx
