    Hi ladies!

How long can you lift your arms post op to be able to put clothes on. I know that seems like a silly question and understand the first week you should wear zip up/button tops as you’re not able to lift your arms, but are you ok after the second week? Only ask in case I need to stock up on some button/zip clothes. Haha. x

I’m one week post op now and with help I can wear clothes that go over your head. I was so lucky though I haven’t suffered with much pain at all and had them under the muscle. Everyone is different I suppose x

Everyone is different, I had no difficulty getting dressed or lifting my arms from day one. I got dressed in like 2 mins, the nurse came back to help me and I was sat on the bed done lol! xx
