Thong bra? To prevent symmastia

My first surgeon said overs as I have enough breast tissue second surgeon said unders as my boobs are closer together anyone ever had to use that thong bra? X

I had to use a thong bra, after revision surgery for symmastia, if there a risk you may develop this or your breast are already close together I would invest in one I wore it for three months almost 24/7 except when showering and it really helped I didn’t get it again x
