Thoughts on 300cc over muscle versus 350cc under muscle ?

Hi. I’ve booked my surgery in 6 weeks and trying to decide which size I should go for ? I have to choose . I’m currently petite, small boobs that have sagged since having children. Any advice ?

The benefit of overs is they move more like normal boobs! I’m having overs in October Xx

If you’ve not got a lot of breast tissue at the top and have overs you can see the implant. On the other hand, unders are more painful in the recovery process. X

Thanks Hannah. I’m having them done in November! I’ve been told I have just enough for overs to 300cc, but if I want bigger I have to go under the muscle ! So can’t decide ! Xx

If you want them filling out a lil more with saving after kids over would be best for this Hun they tend to filll out the breast tissue a lil better xxxxxxxxxxxx

I’m going for 325cc in my right & 300cc in my left high profile overs, I’m a 32a now he said he thinks that’ll get me a D Xx

i carnt decide now either im a flat A. 375 over or 400 under!!! xxxx

Mary I had 375 unders 16days ago I chose unders because I’d lost volume from pregnancy/breastfeeding, I love them! Much more painful than overs… I ate painkillers like smarties every 4 hours on the dot but was too stubborn to accept diazepam.. I was told by my surgeon if it’s volume at the top you want you need unders 🙂

I had 350/375cc under muscle….i have gone from a 32c to a 32e. I am so inlove with them and as for pain its not to bad. Worst thing you can do is sit around. Its best to get up and walk arpund, make cups of tea and small things like that. Recovery time will be much quicker then.

Hi Beth. How did your op go with your overs ? Are you happy with them ? I’m still deciding. Having op on Saturday!

Unders have a higher rate of looking natural but there are a lot of cases where overs also look natural. Also unders last longer whereas overs can sag quicker xx

Hi babe, I’m so happy with mine!! I had my post op appointment on Saturday & she thinks I’ll measure 32DD!! I’ve attached a pic that I took on Saturday so 8 DPO, excuse the pen, I had glue rather than stitches so I can’t get it off just yet haha! Xx

Hi Beth, what were you before? I’m having mine done December and he’s said overs cause I have enough breast tissue but don’t know whether to go under !! Hardest decision ever, I also don’t know whether I want 325 or 350 x

@stephraisbeck95 Hiya!! I was 32A beforehand, he didn’t give me the option of unders but I was happy about overs anyway as they’re suppose to move a bit more! I had 300/325, I get the occasional boob greed but overall I’m so happy, go with your gut babe! I was going to call up & ask for 275/300 but I’m glad I didn’t Xx
