Tightness?

Hi girls, I’m 4 days post op & I’m still quiet tight at the chest, please tell me how long this lasts & if it gets easier as I’m finding it really uncomfortable and hard to cope with!! I’m constantly holding my boobs even though I’ve got a support bra on.

Please tell me it’s normal and goes soon!! X

Hi – im now 14DPO and it’s definitely much less tight and I am alot more used to the feelinv than the first week. Hang in there – it gets so much better in week 2

I’m 7DPO today. I’m still very tight but it’s not as uncomfortable as it has been. The mornings are still the worst but I don’t find myself holding my boobs now x

Thanks girls, I can’t wait to start feeling normal again I’m so drained with it all.. literally feeling like it wasn’t worth it atm so hopefully it soon passes. X
