Tightness in muscle 4 weeks post op

Has anyone else experienced their muscle being really tight in one boob?
I had my op 4 weeks ago today and the left one is slightly smaller and I did have more bruising on that side I assume because it’s the smaller boob. Both boobs seem to be dropping and they’re softening but my left boob feels really tight especially when I take deep breaths. I’m worried this could be capsular contracture even though I know it’s extremely early days.

I’m 2 weeks PO and my right feels very tight , painful and doesn’t feel ‘in’ me (feels like it will fall out) I know that’s a really crap explanation but it just didn’t feel normal and can feel it move sometimes. I’ve rang the nurse and going to go back in and see them because I feel like something is wrong.

Hi Stacey, yes I did as I felt like something wasn’t right either and turns out it was all fine and I was just panicking! I’m now nearly 7 weeks post op and the tightness has basically gone! X
