Tightness in right breast, painful !! Help :(

I’ve been writing on here loads but can’t stop panicking 🙁 my right breast feels so tight at certain times, it feels as if my my skin is about to rip apart !!! I can’t really stand up properly or move about because of it. Is this normal? I’m 3 DPO xx

Hi seems totally Normal. My right felt a lot tighter than the left, this lasted a couple of weeks xx

I’m 4 days po and the same I think it’s because I use my right arm more? But if it’s hard (er) to touch than the left and hot you should ring the nurse as they can be signs of infection.

On day three I hurt mine by pulling my dog by the collar even gently ( she’s big!) and had to go back to not moving much last night and today it’s a lot better

Hi Hun it’s totally normal plenty of ice pAcks to help with pain and swelling xxx
