Time off work

Hi just woundering how long ppl have taken off work just I’m a support worker and I only hav a week off I’m scared it not enough bt I could not tell my company as they would not giv me extra time off. Not a very friendly company I work 4 I guess x

I took one week off too.
I hope it will be enough.

I know I am guna try and get another week I doubt I will bt it’s guna b so hard tryin not to lift at my job and not actually telling them I’ve had a op as I dnt want work to know. Have yous all told ur work that toys r havin a op? X

I have not told work as I dont feel there is a need to. I am a teaching assistant so theres no lifting in my job and iv got 2 weeks off anyway with it being easter.

No I haven’t told my work but you could go and get a doctors note if you don’t feel ready after a week? Your job seems quite physical too x

Yeh it is I work with ppl with challenging behaviour so It hands on quite a lot if any1 is in behaviours gud thing I I work nightshift so it isn’t as often as through the day. X

I took two weeks and had partials, going back 5 days early as I feel so good!

Ahh Kirsty that’s so gud to hear I hope I’m ok I have the kids at flamingoland 2days after my op too in the caravan :-/ xx
