Time off work

How long do people normally take off work, I have been told 1 week is fine, if your office based sat at a desk. Any thoughts? Xx

I’m in an office based job. I was told a week would be enough but I’ve booked off two just to be sure x

1 week will be fine if your not moving to much or heavy lifting. I work in a supermarket and struggled upto 2 weeks xx

Thats what they advise but it obviously depends on your type of work and everyone handles the pain etc differently. I’m taking two weeks off, I’m a beauty therapist so I’m using my arms a lot for waxing and massage, and would rather go back in full health than go back in and do a rubbish job on a client when I’m not fully mobile! xx

I’ve got two weeks sick leave

I had my op on a Wednesday & was back at work the next Monday. I work in an office so I was fine 🙂 xxx
