time off work

Hi Girlies 🙂
How much time did you need off work? I work in an office and im trying to book my holiday accordingly!
Is a week enough? how long til you were driving again?

also sleeping….how long until you felt like you had a good nights sleep?! I need to be able to do my make up to go back to work as well! lol

I booked one week off and ended up having to have 2 and even then struggled.. everyone is different though some people are fine after a week. In general though I think 2 is a good time to have off to give yourself time to recover and rest as it is a big op!
In terms of sleeping everyone is different, I slept fine from the start even though I have had a lot of pain. At 6 weeks post op I still can’t sleep on my side though but haven’t found it too bad xx

thanks @toularose I think I have about 9 days off with the holiday I have left, but I do have a lift to and from work after that! so at least I wont be driving!
im hoping I can sleep okay! I need my sleep lol! but I think with all the tablets etc they will knock me out anyway! xxxx

I had a week of and didnt drive for 2. I was doing my make up 2 days PO and blow drying my hair 13 days PO. Xx
